Health magazine has recently published a list of ways that people can follow to live longer. The article cited nine ways including avoiding overeating, turning off the television, having satisfying sex two to three times per week, staying out of the sun, reaching out to friends and family, drinking in moderation, eating more fruits and vegetables, focusing on fitness, and quitting smoking so that people can have a longer lifespan.
